Privacy
How we use the information you share on this waitlist.
Licent is a pre-launch product. This page covers the early-access waitlist on this website. It is not a complete privacy policy for a live licensing product.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the answers you give us: your first name, email, optional phone number, role, states you hold or want, and the other survey questions on this page.
How we use it
- To reserve your waitlist place and free first-state offer.
- To send product news and your invitation when Licent opens.
- To reach out within one business day only if you ask us to call.
- To understand demand so we can build the product.
Where it is stored
Waitlist answers are saved to a contact record in HubSpot, which we use as our CRM. We do not sell this information. We do not use a typed phone number for outreach unless you choose “Yes, reach out to me.”
Joining the waitlist is how you ask to hear from Licent about the product and your invitation. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. Confirmation, sending-domain, and campaign settings are managed in HubSpot.
